I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the absence of air conditioning in the room made it a bit uncomfortable on a hot summer night. The location was perfect for exploring Nottingham city center, although there was some noise from a party on the ground floor in the evening. The dining experience was excellent, with delicious meals served in the hotel bar, although it was a bit pricey without breakfast included.
The hotel is in a prime location at the heart of the Lace Market, with a delightful view and friendly staff ready to assist. The rooms are lovely, well-equipped, and very comfortable, although morning traffic noise can be a downside. The dining experience is cooked to order and enjoyable, but cold food was an issue. The hotel facilities are convenient, offering quality accommodation at a suitable price point.
The hotel had some drawbacks like hot rooms and odd furniture placement, but it was still a bearable stay due to the staff and comfortable bed. The location was marvelous and historic with plenty of character, close to the city center. The dining experience was decent but could use some improvements in terms of service efficiency and menu options.
